The Kensington Town Hall has received grants in 2006 ($96,000) and 2007 ($120,000) as part of its staged restoration which includes protection from water damage.The classical and second empire combination of buildings in beautiful tree lined Bellair Street date back to 1901.It is heritage listed and currently operates as a community centre.
